For me, it became clear when I moved to Åre and stripped away all external factors. I had no one else to blame and no excuses left. It wasn’t about my circumstances, it was about my attitude towards them. Our thoughts shape our actions. Just like physical fitness, your mental processes need regular training to feel good. 

That’s why I believe in coaching. It’s how we strengthen our mental fitness.

With over a decade of experience as a leader and now as an entrepreneur and ICF-certified coach, I guide business leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals who want to develop professionally and personally.

In my programs, we focus on reflection and continuous development to help you form new habits. You already have the knowledge, I help you with frameworks to increase awareness, bridge the gap between learning and action. To start doing and keep going.

Foundation & Focus

All coaching starts with a self-assessment, creating awareness and building a strong foundation and setting focus to support your development.

  • Identify and appreciate your strengths. We often overlook what comes naturally to us, focusing on improving weaknesses. But by using our natural strengths, we gain energy, enter flow, and feel truly valuable.

  • Identifying your values helps you understand what truly matters to you, guiding your decisions, actions, and priorities. When you're clear on your values, you reduce uncertainty, simplify decision-making, and lower stress. In a team, shared values build trust, create alignment, and form a strong foundation for collaboration — making it easier to resolve conflicts and achieve common goals.

  • We often direct 80% of our energy toward things we can’t control. By identifying what drains and what fuels your energy, you can reduce worry and overthinking. Learn to focus your energy on what you can control and what truly matters to you right now. Consciously direct your energy toward where you want to go.

  • What drives you? Setting clear goals gives you direction, motivation, and a sense of purpose. Goals help you prioritize, stay focused, and measure progress. When you have defined goals, you reduce uncertainty and increase accountability — making it easier to turn intentions into actions and achieve meaningful results.

Regular Sessions

Coaching is where insight meets action. Regular sessions provide the structure and support needed to stay focused, energized, and resilient.

  • With a regular interval of every 2-4 weeks, we meet for a 50-minute digital session to work toward your overall goals, using your values and strengths as a compass.

    Each session is tailored to your needs and what’s most relevant for you right now. As your coach, I challenge you to gain clarity and insights — without giving you direct answers or solutions. I guide you through reflections and learnings, helping you explore challenges, identify obstacles, and set actionable steps.

    Every session is designed to keep you moving forward.

  • We include a mid-check-in to review your progress and ensure you’re on track toward your goals. It’s a chance to reflect on what’s working, what needs adjusting, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

  • Where relevant, I provide structured exercises or workbooks to deepen self-awareness and simplify the reflection process. These tools help you clarify your thoughts, explore new perspectives, and turn insights into action.

  • Reflect on your progress, evaluate key learnings, and plan for continued growth after the coaching process ends. This session helps you consolidate your insights, celebrate your achievements, and set a clear direction for what comes next.

Reflection & Follow Up

Lasting change comes from within. By continuously reflecting on your progress, celebrating your wins, and building consistent habits, you create a foundation of self-trust and inner motivation.

  • Between our sessions, you set tasks for yourself to apply what you've learned and keep the momentum. These might be small, manageable steps or reflections based on what we’ve discussed. In the next session, we follow up on your reflections and progress.

  • Self-reflect through writing. Between our sessions, I encourage you to keep a reflection book to capture your thoughts, insights, and experiences as you progress.

  • It’s easy to focus on what’s not working, but I help you regularly take time to recognize what is working and celebrate it. Gratitude shifts your perspective, builds resilience, and boosts well-being. Celebrating your wins — big or small — reinforces progress, strengthens confidence, and keeps you motivated.
