my story & why
I know the challenges of leadership and self-leadership, both at work and in life, because I've been there. Like many ambitious and driven individuals, I’ve felt the pressure to always be available, to solve everything myself, and to deliver on every expectation, or at least what I thought was expected of me. The harder I tried to keep up, the more it felt like I was losing control of my own time. What once gave me energy started to drain me.
Four years ago, I came to a point where I realized I needed a change. I moved to Åre and stripped away everything, my job, my surroundings, even my excuses. I thought a blank slate would solve things, but the same challenges and patterns kept returning. I had no one else to blame. I realized it wasn’t my circumstances that needed to change, it was my mindset, my boundaries, and how I directed my energy.
I’ve learned that trying harder won’t fix it. Real growth comes from thinking and acting differently, and it starts with ourselves. It’s not about being less ambitious, but being smarter with that ambition.
Through my own journey, I’ve seen the value of having someone to guide you. A coach who listens, offers perspective, and helps you see the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. Someone who challenges you to take action and supports you to stay grounded and confident enough to face whatever comes your way. Leadership doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or lonely, but it often does.
I’ve also learned that our thoughts shape our actions. Just like physical fitness, our mental processes need regular training to create the results we want. By shifting my attitude toward my circumstances and the actions of others, I’ve learned to feel more present, calm, and grounded. This makes it easier to face challenges and find more joy in everyday life.
That’s why I believe in coaching. I wish I had these tools back then, the tools to understand what truly mattered, to say conscious yeses and brave nos, and to lead with both clarity and care. To be enough for myself first, so I could show up fully for others.
Today, I help leaders, teams, and individuals do just that. Combining over a decade of leadership experience with the latest research in cognitive neuroscience, ACT, and positive psychology, I turn insights into practical tools. Together, we create sustainable habits that empower you to lead and live the way you truly want.
A Trusting Partner & With Experience From
My Leadership Philosophy
We are all leaders, starting with ourselves. No matter what we want to accomplish we need to start with ourselves. By understanding and leading ourselves, take ownership to create what we need to feel good and reach the goals we want to reach.. When we do, we give us the scan cultivate meaningful relationships and embrace a culture where failures feels like winning, because we learn.
When we feel good, we do good—for ourselves, others, and the planet.
Our brain is at the core of everything we do. If our brain isn’t functioning well, nothing else will either. It’s crucial to understand how the brain works, why we react the way we do, and how to better manage ourselves in everything from handling change to navigating conflict, stress, and feedback. This is at the heart of all I do. Just as we train our bodies, we must train our minds to adapt, face challenges, and manage stress.
Self development is constant, and as humans, we face more similar challenges than we often realize, regardless of experience or role. That’s why I believe all leaders need development in similar areas, but to varying degrees and in different ways.
Every individual holds a unique combination of strengths. When individuals truly understand their own value and find their true motivation, they're capable of achieving so much more. When we acknowledge and celebrate people's differences as strengths instead of weaknesses, we create an environment where everyone feels valued, motivated, and empowered.
For me business and people are not two different things. Businesses are defined by their people. When we put people at the forefront, success naturally follows.

Allow time to change. It's the simplest things that makes the biggest difference. But simple doesn’t mean it's easy.. We need to take small steps, celebrate the wins and figure out the next step from there. Be patient and the process will lead to result.
